Founder
Rachel is the founder and director of the Dental Concierge Academy.
With over 15 years experience working alongside some of the UK's most successful Dentists and Specialists, she is passionate about sharing her experience.
Having worked in some of the UK's most prestigious dental clinics, she has a wealth of knowledge, tips, and techniques to deliver the highest levels of 5* service.
Rachel has worked as a dental receptionist, dental nurse, TCO, practice manager, business manager, finance manager, and development manager. She has taken a clinic from squat to a multi-million pound Invisalign practice in just 2 years.
Rachel is passionate about sharing this knowledge and experience with the dental world. According to her, a 5* service is something that can be easily attained in any dental clinic, improving services, driving sales, and propelling practices to the next level.
